User Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Odin Fortune Casino’s website and services. They set out the relationship between you and us when you create or use an account, make payments or take part in promotions. Please read them before using the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and tell us if any of your details change. You may hold one account only, and it must be registered in your own name. Do not allow another person to use your account or use someone else’s account.

We may ask you to verify your identity, address or payment method. Verification documents may include photo identification, recent proof of address and evidence that you own the payment method used. We may pause account activity or withdrawals while checks are in progress. You must use payment methods held in your own name.

Eligibility requirements

You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the legal age where you live is higher. You must also be legally permitted to use the service in your location. The United Kingdom is listed as a restricted territory. Odin Fortune Casino is therefore not available to UK residents, and you must not register, deposit or use the platform from the UK. No UK operating authorisation has been verified for Odin Fortune Casino.

You are responsible for checking that your use of the service is lawful where you are located. We may restrict or close an account if it is used from a restricted location or if eligibility information cannot be verified.

Acceptable platform use

Use the platform only for your personal purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use it for fraud, unlawful activity, collusion, money laundering, account sharing or attempts to interfere with the service. We may review account activity where we identify suspected misuse, irregular play or a breach of these terms. We may restrict, suspend or close an account where appropriate, including while we investigate a concern.

Account limits and responsible-use controls may be available through the account. You can contact support to ask about available options. These tools do not change your responsibility to use the service carefully.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own rules, including eligibility, activation, wagering, expiry, maximum bet and withdrawal conditions. Read the applicable promotion terms before opting in or depositing. If promotion terms differ from these general rules, the terms shown for that promotion apply to that offer. Where information is unclear or inconsistent, contact support before taking part. We may withhold or remove a promotion where we identify misuse or a breach of its conditions.

Deposits and withdrawals

Payment methods, minimums, limits, fees and processing times can depend on the method and account checks. We may request verification before approving a withdrawal and may review transactions for security or compliance purposes. Funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Third-party payments are not accepted. Any applicable withdrawal limits and fees will be shown through the cashier or relevant terms.

Disputes

If you have a concern, contact support at [email protected] and include your account details and a clear description of the issue. We will review the information and may ask for further documents. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details by email.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or operating requirements change. The current version will be published on the platform with its effective date. You should review it from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and contact support about your account.
