Protein Chocolate Mug Cake
In a hurry? Give this chocolate mug cake a go, you won't regret it!
- 1 scoop Chocolate protein
- 1 tsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Stevia sweetener
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg white
- 4 tbsp Soy/almond milk
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Add in the egg white and milk and fold in until the ingredients are well combined.
Microwave for around 1 minute on a high heat. If the mixture starts to rise out of the mug, remove it from the microwave and use a folk to press the batter back inside.
Once cooked, remove from the microwave and enjoy.
