Unlike 1:1 coaching, where you see your coach once a week, you will have access to me 7 days a week. This allows for daily: messaging, feedback, programme adjustment and motivation. Working with a trainer for 60 minutes a week will have little impact on your results. Working with me every day on your diet, training, mood, recovery & lifestyle will have a major impact on your results.

THE COACHING PROCESS
- Purchase your Online Coaching below, then I will send you an initial consultation form.
- Once you’ve completed the detailed consultation form, I will review all of your information and book a 30-minute Skype call.
- Once everything has been discussed, I will start designing your customised plan (usually takes 2-3 days). I will then send you your training, nutrition & supplement plan.
- You receive ongoing support from me every step of the way. You can ask any questions and give feedback throughout the plan.
- We’ll have reassessment points every 2 weeks. I’ll make all and any necessary adjustments to your diet and training plan to ensure you’re continuously progressing.
- Every 4 weeks you will receive a new customised workout plan that I adjust depending on: results, feedback and your goals.
- Work with me 1:1 until you have reached your goals and achieved the body of your dreams.
